A Guide To Commissioning Participatory Arts and Health Projects

Introduction
Over the last year Dudley PCT and Creative Health CIC have worked together to develop a programme of arts and health projects. Each project contributed to reducing health inequalities by meeting specific public health outcomes. This guide is based on the partners experience of commissioning artists and evaluating the work.
The Guide contains three Sections
