Development and Delivery of Training for artists, commissioners and health care professionals
As a community interest company, Creative Health is non-shareholding and non-profit making. In other words, it does not exist to make profit for itself but channels those profits back into its community.

Role of the Directors
The Board of Directors currently represent Walsall Council, Wolverhampton City Council, Staffordshire University and creativityteam. Each of these organisations brings a wealth of experience and the role of each Director is distinct, in order to maximise their personal skills.
The directors are only remunerated for work which directly furthers the company’s community-based objectives. Directors are also forbidden from voting on any issue or contract where they may have a direct or indirect personal interest. Creative Health is supported in its financial management and accountability by Parkar Accounts. This company is a member of AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and is governed by and operates under strict financial control systems, controlled by UK Company Law.
